# 23O5 DEPT.OF PUBLIC WORKS SCRANTON,PA News  new dpw complex finished12/19/2004The long awaited dpw complex located at 101 w. poplar streets is finished. The state of art complex cost was about 3 million dollars. Local lodge 2305 would like to thank Mayor Doherty, Director George Parker, DPW Union President Sam Vitris, and Fleet Manager Mike Lynady for all their hard work in making this become a reality. Finally the taxpayers of Scranton can see their tax dollars at work. Once again thank you from local 2305! |
